MTN blocked my services during unresolved billing dispute

I am lodging a complaint against MTN for blocking my services while there is an ongoing and unresolved dispute regarding overcharges on my account.

The billing issue has not been properly resolved or explained, yet my services have now been cut off without clear justification. This has left me without access despite an active complaint still in progress.

I request:

1. Immediate restoration of my services 2. Final resolution and explanation of the overcharge dispute 3. Correction or reversal of any incorrect charges
