MTN blocked my phone so I can't even call them to fix it

<p>So this morning I called MTN 173 and asked them to deactivate my voicemail. The first person gave me instructions that didn't work. The second time I called she said she deactivated it. Now I can't make or receive calls. Contacted MTN on twitter and on their website. No reply from twitter.
