MTN block my phone for no reason
On the 5th of August my telephone suddenly showed "emergency calls only" and I lost all communications. I did not receive any notifications before hand or after that my phone is going to be blocked for a specific reason. Yesterday, 06 August I went to an MTN store and they checked my up to date account and said I must call 135. I did so and now I am waiting for them to fix your phone was blocked by our credit department" and no reason why. This is my business phone and I am losing lots of business because of this. Will MTN refund me for business lost, for down time while paying for a service. This is unacceptable.

09 Aug 2019, 08:34It has now bee 4 days and I am still without a phone whilst I have paid my account and they have no reason to block my phone which I purchased with my own money and not through an upgrade, So this is violation of my property.
