MTN blind to the plight of clients

I always though that dealing with the government was difficult, but I have since discovered that MTN is probably the same or worse. It is almost impossible to get to someone who can make an informed decision. The buck keeps on being passing around when the information at hand is so obvious. I get the impression that staff are not allowed to think for themselves bur just to follow rules. Extremely frustrating.
