MTN BLATANT INCOMPETANCE?

I genuinely cannot believe the level of incompetence and lack of accountability I have experienced from MTN over what should be a straightforward Apple Watch eSIM / OneNumber issue.

Over months, I have emailed and dealt with: • Nteseng • Lebogang • Bryan Sibeko • Mpho • Kaylene • Thato • Multiple MTN store staff and support agents

Yet somehow nobody within MTN appears capable of properly resolving the issue.

I have provided: • Endless emails • Multiple escalations • Telephone calls • In-store visits • Screenshots • PDF submissions • QR code activations

Despite this, the Apple Watch service still does not work.

What is even more shocking is that MTN now appears to simply be loading additional eSIMs onto my account and billing me for them without authorisation, while the original issue remains unresolved.

Instead of fixing the provisioning problem, they seem to be compounding it and charging me for the privilege.

The requirement is not complicated: My number *** must operate as a OneNumber dual eSIM service where the iPhone and Apple Watch share the same number and the watch can operate independently via cellular connectivity.

Yet after months, nobody at MTN seems to understand how to correctly provision or support this service.

The experience has moved beyond poor service into outright embarrassment for a telecommunications provider of this size.
