MTN - blatant disregard for clients (Sandra Zwane & Mazwi Zuma) - 6 weeks, 10 emails and 5 Hellopeter posts but still no response

6 weeks and still no response!The incompetence from MTN knows no limits. I posted an issue on the 26th of February and to date apart from one correspondence from Mazwi Zuma nothing. I sent forms through to Sandra Zwane on the 28th of February and since then nothing - she has ignored 10 emails!!!!
