MTN BLAMES ME FORE THEIR MISTAKE

<p>MTN has still not fixed jy problem... The have rep**** to my review saying my phone says its fixed on their side but I have the phone in my hands with YELLOW lines accross my screen and half the memory... I gave them a 16gig phone and received a 8gig back... When I go to setingsand view memory it says total memory is 8gig available 6gig... Now where on earth did the other 8 go?? When I opened my contract I had a 16gig and I backed up my ophone before it went in and the backup of just my phone memory not external is 15gig... Please explain it to me... PLEASE MTN TELL ME HOW YOU SORTED THIS OUT AFTER YOUR SUPERVISOR PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY FACE!!! You guys are disgusting and I wish every day I had never opened a contract wth you! </p>
