MTN blaclisted my phone

My Samsung phone stopped working in April 2016 and I took it to MTN Mahikeng brach on 05 July 2016 for repairs. I was called back on 13 August 2016 and informed that my phone has been blacklisted. I phoned MTN Customer Care on 14 September 2016 and the consultant (Thulusile) confirmed that MTN was trying to blacklist a phone with similar EMEI number(which differ by the last digit only from my phone). I also emailed MTN Customer Care and 5 references later ( ********** 0, ********** 1,REQ: ********** , 1- ********** 4869, 1- ********** 4689) the issue has still not been resolved. I have been without a contract phone for 8 months. MTN must know that they have lost me forever as a customer as soon as my 2 contracts ends.

Dear MTN, You have blacklisted my phone *******ly and refused to un-blacklist. My contracts expires 11 April 2018, I will not renew my DATA and Airtime contract. You will never get a cent from me again. I am moving over to Vodacom.
