MTN blacklisting services

<p>Lost my phone on friday 16 june, on monday 19 june i tried calling mtn various times to blacklist my ****** iphone but their services were down the whole day. i tried again on tuesday same story. today is the third day and the services for blacklist lost or ****** phones is still down. this is holding up my insurance claim as i need the ITC number from mtn to go get my incident number from the police. for such a big company this is totally upsetting. Soon as all is sorted i really feel i need to port away from mtn as i use my phone 24/7 for work and this is affecting my work and putting my job at jeopardy. </p>
