MTN Blacklisting phone/Claiming

I have been trying to claim my phone for past 3 weeks now and no one is willing to assist. I'm being sent from pillar to post, and I have provided all the information that they request but they still don't assist. No one can blacklist my phone but it's them that gave me the same phone they can't blacklist now
