MTN BLACKLISTING NIGHTMARE

Good day<br> <br> My cellphone was ****** on Saturday 18/07/2015, i reported it to the police in tzaneen on 19/07/2015. since sunday i have been trying to blacklist my phone. my husband passed away almost 2 years ago, the contract was in his name but i gave Nashua all the needed documents a month after he passed. when trying to blacklist my phone to my surprise the phone was never put on my name or a note has never been made about my husbands passing - i have been phoning every day holding on for hours - they keep transferring me to Legal Department and NO RESPONSE. I JUST NEED ITC NO for insurance and they treated me so bad. I sent mtn mails with the death certificate 3 times went to police station for affidavit twice. i have a case no everything. who knows what the person who stole my phone could have accomplished in almost two weeks - this is really bad. i need this sorted urgently. i cannot believe that service can be so bad. i even tried with the local mtn shops in tzaneen but they just ignore my emails and NEVER pick up their phones..PLEASE HELP
