MTN BLACKLISTING DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!

So my phone was ****** and im trying to get an ITC number , i have been asked to call my service provider to blacklist the phone. Seeing that the phone was purchased as an "MTN" phone i called the call centre number and had to listen to UNISA advertising which was totally irrelevant to me. To think after listening to all that unnecessary voice recordings that there would be light at the end of the tunnel was wishful thinking. The voice prompt was utterly useless , can i please speak to a human being and not a stupid voice prompt which has been pathetically designed. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME ASAP...***
