MTN blacklisted me with a ********** account
<p>On 2016-07-18 i was informed by the bank that I cannot get a loan because i was blacklisted by MTN. I went to Strand MTN Store and opened a ***** case. USD ********** . since then I have visited the store 4 times, each time they promised me they will give feedback. i have opened 2 enquires on the website. also sent 2 mails, to customer care, { ********** 8}....Again no response. I then sent them a facebook message and they told me that the issue has been resolved. However, clearly I need proof that my name is clean at the credit bureua. This issue has not been resolved. I cannot get a loan.....and MTN does not want to provide proof that they made the mistake and they clearly has no regard to any person who has the potential to loose so much because of your mistake. please, I have always pride myself on my clean record and MTN is now too lazy or too ? to come clean and assist me. Please stop ignoring the issue at hand and clear my name ASAP, I wiil also need the following ASAP! 1. the original SLA. 2. Copy of ID used to open the *****ulant account, 3. And still nothing happening. Got a number from your social media network ********** 867. They give me another nr. ********** . Had to phone back three times because the first two just place the phone down. spoke to Felicia (third person), who actually seems to be the only one that has some form of knowledge, and she took my number AGAIN and promised to request to phone back again. Really now. I am considering chaining myself to your store to get some attention!!!! how can you ruin someones life and then DONT CARE!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED ANSWERS
