Mtn blacklisted me *******ly
<p>I found out that mtn blacklisted me after i had paid up and cancelled my contract. You are unable to get hold of their legal department who houses *********** people working there. I've been to century city branch on 5 occassions to sort this out but everyone sends emails to legal dept and no replies come back. So now after i apply for a loan do i discover that mtn has listed me on ITC and my loan application was refused. Nice one MTN!!! Ive been a loyal customer since the early 90's and never missed a payment on any of my contracts with you. I am going to lodge a dispute at the consumer protection dept as this has ruined my good credit rating because of Mtn's *********** staff!! You cant just blacklist people without following due process</p>
