MTN BLACKLISTED ME *******LY
<p>Just a word of caution to all out there.My ID was used in a ********** transaction with MTN in 2015.</p> <p>They have advised the ITC that I have an outstanding account(NEVER HAD ONE AND ALSO NOT ON THEIR DATA BASE) for the value of R82000,00</p> <p>Despite various phone calls and 7 mails MTN still fails to clear my name at ITC.</p> <p>I am trying to get a bond approved and this delay could cost me over R 200,000.00 due to escalation of the tender amaount.</p> <p>I am advising here on this forum that MTN will be held responsable and am seeking Legal Advise at present.</p> <p>If you have any GO IN YOUR YELLOW OUTFIT PLEASE CLEAR MY NAME TODAY PLEASE. H.D</p>

I do not beleive anything you say as I have not received an Official notification from MTN -Legal Dept confirming that ITC have been advised and a copy of the letter and Receipt from ITC confirming that my name have been released.
MTN is responsable for the mess and expect them to clear my name immediatly.
I need this letter to be mailed to me and your Patricia named in the list has my e-mail address to send documents too.
