MTN Blacklist fail

I purchased my phone on Takelot in october 2024, A month ago it was blacklist by MTN for none payment. I provided them with prooof that it was paid in full, Was owned by myself and included a police affidavit. MTN Refuse to remove the blacklist even though I have provided them with all the required proof of ownership. I have never used mtn as a service provider, have no accounts with them and will obviously never recommend them or use them in the future. Their customer support should be called bull**** support
