MTN Black Friday Lies

I did an upgrade online for a Black Friday 100gb anytime data line and was sent an email with reference number saying submitted for approval and will contact me if they needed anything else. The same day I went to Mtn shop and was told to contact 083135 held on for more then a hour with no answer called again the next day to be told I should call mtn direct then spoke to Mtn direct and was told I would be contacted the next Monday 14 December as they had a huge backlog and asked would I still get the deal and was told yes cause it's already logged on the system,logged a complaint by mtn customer care and received a email on the 15 December to say no upgrade was done which is totally unacceptable. Was contacted on the same day for a deal I have no interest in as I was assured I could still get the deal. MTN just another frustration!
