MTN BLACK FRIDAY DISASTER

Did a Black Friday Special upgrade with MTN. They have not given me the Voice Minutes that were advertised in the special. For 3 months they have been taking my money, but not giving me my Voice Minutes. Can't get anyone from MTN to assist. Store tries, but all escalations have amounted to nothing. I expect a phone call from MTN 1) to resolve their mistake ASAP 2) to apologise 3) to offer me compensation for the Voice Minutes I have paid for, yet never received !
