MTN Black Friday deals not the value they promised

I took out a black Friday deal for a Samsung a71 45.5gb and 1500 minutes for 36 months and not receive wat was offered to me on that day. I am only receiving 15GB and 500 minutes for R759 per month.

Customer service and the store is unwilling to help, and even though i send a complaint nothing is done about it.

After which i got a phone and no contract was even found on the system, as well as no debit order. MTN really disappointed me.

I wanted to take a cheaper contracted and the sales lady sold the product to me saying it is a lot more data and minutes for a little bit more.
