MTN Black Friday deals are a ****

Tried to get the Black friday data deal of !00GB anytime data for R299 but MTN made it impossible for me as the Online deal could not go through until I go to the MTN store and get them to remove me from their IULA system because MTN online uses another System. After going to the store to get an online deal, they said that the Online department is talking **** because nothing they do will affect the online sale. They even showed me that their was no locks on my profile from their side. Now the Deal is expired and still nobody called me back.
