Mtn black Friday deal ****

Went into the chatsworth store today to apply for a fixed lte contract, I checked the coverage map prior to going in store and it says I have coverage, but store says no coverage and must try again in January yet my wife uses mtn at my address. The special they have ends on the 9th, seems like their black Friday deals are a bit of a ****.
