MTN Black Friday 2017 - was this a ****

Mtn advertise during 2017 Black Friday their data promotional contracts. I signed a contract for R199 - 20gig Day and 10gig Night data. Since the contract was activate I never received the promotional data and is now paying monthly for a service that was promised to me but never received. I made numerous calls to Mtn customer service and to the agent in Tygervalley Cape Towm with zero positive outcome. How can u advertise a products but fail to deliver BUT still take a customer money - paying for something u did not get.
