MTN Black Friday 100Gig promotion a hoax?

I app**** for the MTN Black Friday 100Gig with free modem promotion. The first application was 24 November 2020 ref ***5 with no results. Thinking that perhaps they did not receive it I app**** again 27 Nov ref ***6 with no results, I phoned 083135 but there was no option regarding new applications or speaking to customer service. I logged a query via the website 03 Dec ref *** and 07 Dec ref *** and again no response. In all instances I did receive an email stating that they received the query. I would appreciate some kind of response even if I do not qualify. Perhaps the promotion was a hoax? However the service is truly disappointing. What's happening MTN - this never use to be the case??
