MTN Birch Acres Mall South Africa1

I would like to report the service I am currently having problems with at MTN Birch Acres Mall. I have booked in my phone for repairs on the 23rd of July. I have called them more than 5 times to find out the progress of the repair and all I get from is inaccurate time limits of when I should be expecting it. Can you please help me, the best possible way you can to resolve this problem. Thank you
