MTN BIOMETRICS AND DSV COURIERS ARE THE WORST

I upgraded to IPhone 13 pro max almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received my phone. DSV couriers biometric system does not work and they did not want to deliver my phone. MTN keeps saying they have escalated it to the supervisors and will contact me but still nothing. They even said I should ask DSV for alternative delivery confirmation method, but DSV says mtn has to clear the biometrics. This is the worst service I have ever received and they don’t even want to cancel the contract because they say it’s still “open”. Here is my Order Ref no: ***.
