MTN BIOMETRIC SYSTEM IS A FAILURE

I ordered a phone ref.no. *** and delivery was scheduled for today via DSV. I provided my proof of address and ID copy and showed my original ID as well. The biometric system failed three times and I was told I can't get my phone because the stupid system failed.

Reading through the posts on hellopeter I see I'm not the only person this has happened to. Clearly the biometric system has a glitch and needs to be dumped.

Your ID and proof of residence should be more than sufficient to verify your identity.

Now I wonder how long I will wait for this manual delivery the driver spoke of.

I am highly annoyed after I was so impressed by MTN's quick order process.
