MTN BILLING/CONTRACTS

I have had a contract with MTN (seems I still do even after cancellation has been done). I've cancelled the contract 2 November 2020 with the following confirmation that it has been done.

Needless to say, money has still been deducted after cancellation.

Poor service and voicemail after numerous calls, from the number of agent whose didn't do his job properly.

I'm furious!!
