MTN BILLING UNHAPPY
I have been a long time MTN client In March 2024 I took out an additional new contract, handing in my old phone to get the R400 discount on my monthly bill. I have since then made 6 payments, and ONLY ONCE have tjet ACTUALLY given me the R400 credit I am not sure... is this false advertising or poor administration. BUT I WANT MY CREDIT
