MTN Billing Problem

i have been made to keep paying for a terminated account for months now. I get sent from pillar to post trying to resolve this matter by MTN and their debt collectors. I have been settling the account every month, and i keep getting billed. I’m even getting assistance getting the number onto prepaid which is what i had decided to do once my contract came to an end
