MTN BILLING NIGHTMARE
I upgraded 3 contracts on black friday, my personal contract and my two childrens contracts. I took the mtn choice 30gb for my 2 kids which was meant to be R299 per month. However mtn has billed be R660.57 for my daughters contract!! I am so worried that they will not sort this out. I have had lots of bad experiences with mtn billing. please assist me in resolving this.

Please note that on cell no ***, you had transferred the contract on to your name. You are charged a customer swap fee of R171.00 as well as pro rata fees on the service fee as the line is activated on a new customer's acc. These fees are charged only on your activation month.
