MTN billing me on expired contracts, handed over to CSS and VVM same time, harrassed by CSS everyday after payment made to VVM

I am writing to raise concerns, i am so exhausted and disgusted with the service and what i am going through with MTN and their service providers.

1. My contract expired and was not cancelled after several requests from a year ago till now. I have never received any service from this number as it never worked, was always legal and i asked for all contracts to be cancelled on expiry as they were not beneficial to me. 2. I was handed over to 2 companies recently even after i believe the contract had already expired. I asked for a statement and received further rude statements from vvm. I paid the balance to VVM (even though i know i do not have contract with mtn anymore just clear my credit record), but i have CSS harassing me everyday on mtn instruction wven when i have paid blindly what i was being charged. I paid to clear my credit record and raise my concerns with mtn later. 3. I have tried so many times to contact legal department but to no avail, both on call and emails as below. 4. I have paid the requested amount to VVM (even confirmed with MTN that the balance was received), but i am still harassed everyday by CSS. why? 5. Its more than 14 days with no assistance even after calling and emailing mtn several times.
