MTN billing me for a phone that hasn’t been delivered since March 2020

MTN has been billing me for a phone that hasn’t been delivered. I have been waiting for this device since March 2020 and to date I have not received it. If I don’t pay for this device they block all my other phones and no one is prepared to assist or escalate the matter….basically MTN is *****ing my money and bullying me at that.
