Mtn billing madness

<br> I have to express my utter disappointment with Mtn once again.<br> <br> The only time i ever need to log in to hello peter and complain is about Mtn and perhaps it is time that i reconsider my service provider (after many years).<br> <br> in the hopes that someone can finally sort this out , her is my issue : I renewed my contract on 30/12/2015 and as per the documentation /contract the new amount would be R578.99 (R105.00 Upgrade charge ). <br> <br> At this point i was quite happy with the service i received , only to receive one of your mms statements on 02/01/2016 stating that i now owe you R1891.75 that will be debited on 25/01/2016!<br> <br> I went to the branch in Melrose arch who said i should call 809. i called and was advised that this is an error and only R578.99 + R105 will be deducted. Now forgive me if i don't take your word for it but i trust you understand my reluctance to believe MTN these days.<br> <br> to make matters worse the statement only shows the amounts , nothing that the amounts relate to even.<br> <br> I humbly ask that you provide me with WRITTEN feedback as soon as possible .<br> <br> regards <br> <br> ( a previously loyal customer )<br>
