MTN Billing issue resolved
I know this is very strange to give a compliment for an error but I had a billing error with MTN. Calling the call centre and being nicely assisted by Sphumelelo Nozaza had the whole thing resolved in 20 minutes! She also stayed in e-mail contact with me ensuring that I had the case number etc. If all the agents were so clued up we would be a happy place. Ian Gordon
