MTN billing issue

Hi. Queried my high cellphone bill and eventually after numerous calls that I was billed for 3 months in one go because they forgot to bill me correctly. Every time I had to pay my bill I queried it over and over knowing there was something wrong, but was assured I was paying correctly, then suddenly my bill was over R1700. I have logged a complaint and weeks later no answers.
