MTN billing for unused services

Another month, another bill. MTN does not seem to know and understand there clients. I have emailed every single email available I have to MTN but yet no responses. How long are they allowed to keep billing before checking to see if all is in order with there system. Does MTN even read these reviews? If I could give no stars I would, this is really pathetic.
