MTN Billing for Cancelled contracts

I have cancelled two contracts with MTN and settled them however I am still billed for these contracts monthly. Everytime when I call them they promise to resolve my issue but its just a promise until I call again. Even those references they give are not helpful because they just close them with no feedback. I am really disappointed in them, been their customer for the past 10 years but this I the service I get.
