MTN billing expired contract - Threatening to blacklist

I have been trying to end my phone contract with MTN without any success. Contract expired a year ago buy MTN has been billing me and now threatening to blacklist me if I dont pay. My account is BA***. MTN has deliberately ignored emails and my phone calls
