MTN billing error

<p>I was contacted by MTN around April/May 2017 advising that my contract is in arrears with R1200, m,y question to them is if it has been in arrears and unpaid for so long . 1 - Why were services never blocked and 2 - why was i never contacted . Where did this amount even come from as payment are made without fail everymonth. Then i get a call last week friday advising my account has been handed over to attorneys as i am owing R1400 ( still no one can explain where this ****** amount comes from since i am making monthly payments for my phone phone for the past 2 years). Payment is then made on Sat. I then get a call yesterday stating that there is a further R263 owing. I then ask the consultant to get a team leader to listen to fridays call and come back to me as i paid what i was told is owed. today i get a call again telling me about the R263 and still no feedback from yesterday. Firslty i was someone senior at MTN to investigate this as i believe they have made an error and i did not owe them this amount to begin with. Seconldy i need someone to advise why i was never contacted till May and why i was handed over to attorney's</p>
