MTN Billing Department not assist allocating funds to my account that should be paid up

I Have paid up MTN the money i was owing them on a contract that i had and now they do not want to give me my paid up letter i have proof of payments they just not will to assist MTN Billing team department is not assist with any thing its been a year already . they re making go back and forth and say the will call back but they never will.
