MTN Billing Delay
MTN System Billing change - no MTN Invoice etc. received for May & June 2020
Logged several calls. Received several emails stating MTN work on problem but no resolution since May2020
Absolute ridiculous!!!!

14 Jul 2020, 08:17Morning. again MTN not listening to my complaint. I CANT ACCESS IT via email or APP. I 've explained that now million times to MTN. If could why would i be calling MTN!!!
Every call i made to MTN i repeated myself that i dont get my Billing via email since end April 2020 & not can i access docs it via APP. Both May & June shows in APP but when i select it & select Send email, MTN sends Error SMS .
