Mtn billing delay
I have a contract with mtn , and I didnt receive a bill for March and i was also not billed and this has impacted badly on my credit score. I'm now blacklisted as it is indicating that the contract is closed without my knowledge. I'm unable to reach mtn due to high call volume.

We sincere apologized for any inconvenienced caused to you.
The account is moved from the old system to the new system, old account has been reconciled and balance for February subscription of R364.44 has been carried over to the new system, no information has been changed when the transfer was done from old system to new system.
We have log a request to the billing department to assist you with the statement for March and April month.
We have requested for the ILULA team to check what balance is owing to the account and if the account reflect in arrears to set up a payment arrangement for you to be paid end of month and to open the lines for you.
We are waiting on feedback tomorrow.
