Mtn Billing Crisis
I signed up for a contract with Mtn where I was made to understand that I will be paying R129p/m for 50minutes, 50m sms and 100mb of data. When those run out I have to top up in order to make calls or access the internet. I took 2 lines, which means I'm supposed to pay R258 per month and no more. I have been getting bills of R700, R400 etc. I have called to complain about this and I was told that my contract is an open contract with a limit of some sort. I have not been able to make calls or access the internet when my \free"minutes have run out so I don't understand where these extra costs are coming from.. Last month I paid the R258 I'm supposed to pay"
