MTN Billing are the worst!!!!!

I am just writing to express MTN billing department, those guys are useless. I have been trying to get hold of them for months about not allocating my account properly but nothing has been done, when you try to contact their direct line, the done goes unanswered for hours yet they have the nerve to affect my credit score!!!! Can’t wait to end this stupid contract with them yeses!!!
