MTN billing

So during Covid 19 many companies re giving back to small businesses. -NOT MTN they take more than they should and do not refund you but tell you that you have to wait for the next billing cycle. Guess what? I was not refunded in April after waiting patiently. I have currently been on the phone for 35 minutes with the third person in the call Centre and still no one can help me.
