I got a call in Sep 2018 from one of MTN's consultant and they offer to migrate my MTN contact as they said I am spending a lot on DATA. they assured me there would be not extra charge at all. Around October 2018 I was billed for this serviced for which I was told its for free. I then lodged a complaint with MTN about this and to this date the issue has not been resolved and my account is sitting at their legal department. ( the queries were lodged with the following ref numbers - Ref ***- Nov 2018, ***- Jan 2019, ***-Mar 2019, ***-Mar 2019) To this date this has not been resolved.
