MTN Billing
Hi. For the past 3 years and 6months I have been getting 52GB on a monthly basis. I started getting it when a consultant from MTN called me about 3years ago when I still had a contract of LG G4. He said it was some sort of promotion or something. his name is JT and he provided me with his cellno ********** . When I upgraded to iPhone7 I called him again and received the phone and he promised I will stay on the package of the 52 GB. I have been on this package since with my iPhone since 2017 until this month when they credited me with 2GB. I called their call centre and I was told I was on 10GB night and 10GB day but they couldn't rectify the 2GB that was credited and advised me that I need to go to the offices that provided me with the contract. I don't know which offices are those as this contract was done telephonic. I have been trying to get hold of JT to no avail. I signed for the 52GB on my ********** cellno and expect that to be kept until my contract expires in July.

I would like t know how far are you with your investigation. The 2GB that was credited has depleted and find it unfair that I have to buy data when so much is still owed to me. Please advise when will my data be credited? I will appreciate if this get sorted soonest.

I am very disappointed on the way this query is handled, I cant believe you are still investigating to date. How difficult is it to go on your system using my cellno to check how you used to credit me with data. I really cant wait to terminate this contract and believe me you have lost another loyal customer. This month I was also credited with only 2GB . You don't care about your customers the first and last time you responded was 27 Feb 2019. I wish I can terminate my contract NOW. All you care about is the debit orders coming out of our accounts. Can someone please come back to me with a positive reply.
