Mtn billing
I have a account with mtn from 1997<br> A glitch happened on my phone and it started downloading data without me knowing of it.<br> I have a user limit of R1500 with Mtn and a Credit limit of R7 800 for my account.<br> I got the first sms telling me that I exceeded my credit limit when my account was R15 000!<br> The user limit never kicked in!<br> They bill me R12 800 for data usage in about 5 hours - while I was sleeping!<br> The Mtn shop just say they don't know why the account was not stopped but I must phone the call centrum. They couldn't answer either.<br>
