MTN billes me for promotional data

I recently upgraded to n contract of R230 pm . Wherby a person get 30GB free promotional data . With my first bill that was sent to me . They charged me for it because according to them i used this data before i had the contract.

Please note that you were not charged for the 30GB promotional data. Kindly be advised that on the invoices dated 2015-12-13 and 2016-01-13 you were charged for Packet switched data calls, we have sent you the URL report for Data usage.

We do look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
