MTN billed without using phones
I have two new cellphone contracts with another provider than MTN. I have diverted both my MTN contracts to the new contracts and not used both MTN sim cards (1 was used for maybe 5 quick calls not exactly sure but the sim cards was not even in phones for most of the time) for the past month. I now get a bill from MTN for +-R1200 on the account.

You can Request the itemised bill to view the calls you were charged for to Validate. Kindly note that the itemised bill cost
R21.50 once off.
